We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before booking your session: Cancellation: 24-hour notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. For any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours before the scheduled coaching session, an additional 20% service fee will be added to the session fee. One complimentary rescheduling opportunity is provided per booking. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee. Absence: No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss options. Late Arrival: Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply for late arrivals. Please arrive punctually to make the most of your learning experience. By booking the selected service, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify you of any changes.
